6 Month Comprehensive Partnership
Extended clinical nutrition care for complex gut, hormone, and nervous system conditions
6 months | 12 structured clinical sessions | $2,997 NZD
A comprehensive clinical nutrition partnership
The 6 Month Comprehensive Partnership is designed for women with complex, long-standing, or multi-system health presentations that require time, continuity, and experienced clinical oversight.
This is not a short programme or a single protocol. It is a six-month therapeutic partnership that allows space for stabilisation, investigation, interpretation, and integration across the nervous system, gut, hormones, and metabolism.
As a Registered Clinical Nutritionist, this longer container allows me to work methodically and responsively, adapting care as your body stabilises and capacity improves, rather than rushing change before your system is ready.
Who this partnership is for
This level of care is most appropriate when symptoms are layered, cyclical, or tightly interconnected, and when previous approaches have not created lasting change.
This partnership is commonly suited to women experiencing:
• Persistent or severe gut dysfunction that has not responded to basic dietary changes, including chronic bloating, abdominal pain, altered bowel habits, food reactivity, suspected dysbiosis, or inflammatory gut patterns
• Diagnosed or suspected hormone-related conditions such as PMDD, PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause, or menopause, where symptoms are escalating, cyclical, or poorly controlled
• Significant nervous system dysregulation alongside physical symptoms, including anxiety, heightened reactivity, poor stress tolerance, disrupted sleep, flare patterns, or a history of burnout
• Hormonal instability impacting daily functioning, including heavy or irregular cycles, severe mood shifts, cycle-related pain, acne, fatigue, or metabolic changes
• A history of being medically dismissed, treated symptom-by-symptom, or prescribed multiple medications without a clear integrative explanation
• A strong sense that everything is connected, but no one has yet helped map how, why, or where to begin
This partnership is particularly appropriate when symptoms have been present for years rather than months, or when repeated attempts to “fix one system at a time” have led to setbacks, worsening symptoms, or loss of confidence in the body.
How this partnership works
This is a six-month, one-on-one clinical nutrition partnership, delivered across 12 structured sessions.
Care follows the sequencing of The Legacy Method, with nervous system regulation and physiological safety prioritised first, before deeper gut, hormone, and metabolic interventions are introduced.
Nothing is treated in isolation. Nothing is escalated before your body is ready.
Functional testing and nutrigenomic analysis are integrated into the process, not used as one-off diagnostics.
Functional testing within this partnership
This programme includes two distinct categories of functional testing, each serving a different clinical purpose.
1. Comprehensive nutrigenomic DNA analysis (NutriSearch)
A practitioner-grade NutriSearch DNA report is used to understand your underlying genetic blueprint, including:
• Stress response and nervous system regulation
• Hormone metabolism and detoxification pathways
• Inflammatory and immune signalling
• Neurotransmitter balance
• Nutrient requirements and utilisation
Your genetics do not determine your outcome. Instead, they provide insight into how your body is wired to respond, allowing nutrition, lifestyle, and supplementation strategies to be biologically appropriate and personalised.
2. Functional biochemical testing (as clinically indicated)
Depending on your presentation, additional functional testing may include:
• An Organic Acids Test (OAT) to assess mitochondrial function, neurotransmitter metabolism, detoxification capacity, nutrient status, and microbial by-products
• A DUTCH hormone test to evaluate cortisol rhythm, sex hormone patterns, and hormone metabolism in greater depth than standard blood testing
These tests are selected based on clinical relevance and presentation, not as a blanket approach.
When testing happens and how it’s integrated
Functional testing is introduced in a deliberate clinical sequence.
Initial phase – clinical mapping and stabilisation
During early sessions, we complete comprehensive clinical mapping and begin foundational nervous system, gut, and metabolic support.
Testing is ordered during this phase where clinically appropriate.
While awaiting results
Care continues while results are being processed. Early interventions are used to reduce reactivity, support regulation, and prepare the body to respond to deeper insights.
Results interpretation and integration
Once results return, they are interpreted in context, alongside symptoms, history, nervous system state, and real-world response.
Protocols are refined gradually rather than delivered all at once.
Your 12-session clinical journey
Session 1
Foundations and Clinical Mapping
A comprehensive 90-minute consultation exploring your full health history, symptom timeline, nervous system load, lifestyle factors, medications, supplements, nutrient depletions, and previous testing.
Clinical priorities are established and appropriate investigations are discussed and ordered.
Sessions 2–3
Bloods, Hormones, Nutrient Status, and Early Stabilisation
Functional interpretation of blood work, hormone patterns, and nutrient status.
Early stabilisation strategies are introduced with careful attention to tolerance, reactivity, and nervous system safety.
Sessions 4–6
Functional Testing Interpretation and Personalisation
In-depth review of nutrigenomic DNA results and functional biochemical testing such as OAT or DUTCH where indicated.
Care is personalised using genetic insight to understand metabolism, detoxification capacity, stress response, inflammation, and nutrient needs.
Sessions 7–9
Clinical Integration and Nervous System Support
Focus on consolidating progress, identifying flare patterns, supporting nervous system regulation, and integrating changes into daily life.
Adjustments are made to improve resilience, reduce relapse, and support long-term stability.
Sessions 10–11
Reassessment and Long-Term Planning
Clinical response is reviewed, repeat testing considered where appropriate, and the plan refined to support sustainability beyond the partnership.
Session 12
Consolidation and Ongoing Strategy
We bring the full picture together, consolidate key supports, assess capacity, and create a clear long-term strategy so you can move forward with confidence, clarity, and self-trust.
