Women’s Functional & Nutrigenomics Nutrition Programmes: Gut, Hormones & Fertility Health
There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to hormones. Your body has a story, and your symptoms are meaningful. My women’s health nutrition programmes move beyond generic advice to identify the root cause of what’s really going on. Whether you’re looking for fertility support, navigating PMDD or perimenopause, or wanting a DNA-based approach to gut and hormone health, I offer a clear, personalised pathway. I combine functional testing with compassionate one-on-one support to build a plan that fits your body, your biology, and the season of life you’re in.
